【摘要】 课外体育活动是实现我国学校体育目标的重要组织形式之一。学生积极参加课外体育活动也是对终身体育思想的培养,能不断提高自身的体育意识。文章运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等,对福建省部分高校(福州大学、厦门大学、集美大学和华侨大学)学生课外体育活动的活动条件、活动内容、组织形式及学生对课外体育活动的兴趣、态度等方面的现状进行了调查分析,为更好的落实大学生课外体育活动的措施提供参考与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Extra-curriculum sport is an important component for realizing the goal of China’s physical education.The active participation in sports after class helps to cultivate students’ life-long physical education ideology and enhance their self-consciousness of physical education.Using the method of questionnaire,data collection and mathematical statistics,the paper investigates and analyzes the conditions,contents,forms of extra-curriculum sports of college students in Fujian(including students from Fuzhou University,Xiamen University,Jimei University and Huaqiao University) and their interests and attitudes towards extra-curriculum sports,thus providing suggestions for better development of extra-curriculum sports of college students.更多还原
