晚期癌痛治疗进展

【摘要】 本文综述介绍癌痛的动物模型的建立、癌症患者慢性疼痛中爆发性疼痛发生的特点及流行情况、老药新用的发展、新药的试用、癌痛的外科治疗、前列腺癌转移骨痛的治疗策略,为癌痛的治疗提供一些新思路。

【Abstract】 This article expound a rat model of bone cancer pain and prevalence and characteristics of breakthrough pain in cancer patients and treatment of cancer pain with transdermal fentanyl.Discuss to palliative surgery for cancer and strategies for management of prostate cancer-related bone pain and skillful use of old or new drugs.These have the potential to become an useful method for the therapy of cancer pain.
