MTT比色法检测贲门中分化腺癌化疗药物敏感性评价

【摘要】 目的检测贲门中分化腺癌对化疗药物的敏感性。方法用MTT比色法对45例贲门中分化腺癌的原代细胞进行8种常用化疗药物的敏感性测定。结果贲门中分化腺癌对5-Fu、DDP和VP-16敏感性较高。结论个体体外药物敏感性实验有助于贲门中分化腺癌患者选择个体治疗方案。

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the sensitive of chemotherapeutic drugs in middifferentied cardia adenocarcinoma.Mehtods: We test 45 fresh adenocarcinoma culture cells to 8 chemotherapeutic drugs were tested by MTT assay.Results: 5-Fu,DDP and VP-16 are the highly chemosensitivith drugs to middifferentied cardia adenocarcinoma.Conclusion: The individual chemosensitivith testing is helpful to select individuamize chemotherapy for middifferentied cardia adenocarcinoma.
