【摘要】 目的:进一步探讨应用”四步法多平面经食道超声心动图”快速诊断急性胸主动脉夹层的方法学、安全性、准确性。方法:对急诊中疑诊为急性胸主动脉夹层的病人进行四步法多平面经食道超声心动图检查。结果:该法的操作时间为平均112±18.20秒,从入院到确诊时间47±11.72分,无严重并发症,诊断急性胸主动脉夹层的确诊率为100%。结论:应用四步法多平面经食道超声心动图快速诊断急性胸主动脉夹层准确性高、安全、无明显并发症,可缩短确诊时间及入院时间,明显降低该病的病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the method,safety and accuracy of the four steps transesophagus echocardiography in rapid diagnosis of acute thoracic aortic dissection.Methods: All the patients with suspected acute thoracic aortic dissection were examined by the four steps multiplanes transesophagus echocardiography.Results: The operating time of this method was 112 seconds,and the diagnosis time of acute thoracic aortic dissection was 47 minutes.There was no serious complication in the examination process.The accuracy of this method was 100%.Conclusion: The method of four steps multiplanes transesophagus echocardiography in the rapid diagnosis of acute thoracic aortic dissection has high accuracy and safety,and can reduce the diagnosis time and mortality of acute thoracic aortic dissection.更多还原
