浅析目前我国政府雇员制
A Brief Analysis of the Current Government Employee System of China
【摘要】 随着全球范围信息化、市场化的竞争,知识经济时代的到来,全国各地纷纷试行政府雇员制,对于这一全新的政府用人制度,学术界、政府本身、社会都有着不同的看法和理解。
【Abstract】 With global informalization,market competition and the advent of knowledge economy,For such a tollay new government personnel system as the government employee system,there are different views and comprehensions both in the academia and the government itself as well as in the society.
