【Abstract】 With the development of Web2.0,Library2.0 has come into focus.This paper firstly discusses on how to comprehend this new concept,then discusses on some new tendency of the virtual reference service under Library 2.0:personalized service,interactive service and the user participation in the information construction and share.At last,it puts forward several problems involved in the development of Library2.0,including the application of technology and the improvement of the librarian and user’s information literacy and “digital divide” problem.更多还原
