【摘要】 分析当前图书馆信息资源共建共享存在的问题:理论上存在将信息定位为公共产品的误区;实践中信息资源共建系统盲目求大,忽视协作主体的平等;重技术而忽视市场效率;共建资源分配不合理,共享资源无偿使用,使协作馆之间失去信任和动力。针对上述情况,提出构建以用户需求为基础、竞争为手段、标准化数据为平台的图书馆信息资源共建共享模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes some shortcomings and misunderstandings of the library information resources sharing mode. Then the paper shows how these misunderstandings lead to the non-confidence with each other. Based on the analysis of problems, this article introduces a new library information resources sharing mode, which orientates to the users need, competition approaches and standardization of the data for its system.更多还原
