【摘要】 以人为本的理念是图书馆人文精神的体现,对于平衡图书馆科学精神和人文精神非常重要,个性化服务是实现以人为本理念的重要措施。

【Abstract】 Humanistic Idea is embodiment of humanistic spirit of library and is important to balance the science spirit and humanistic spirit.Personalized information service is the important countermeasure of realizing humanistic idea.
