【Abstract】 The binding interaction between theophylline and pepsin was studied by ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence spectra.Theophylline treatment led to the increase of UV absorption and the quenching of intrinsic fluorescence of pepsin.The Stern-Volmer curve showed that the quenching of theophylline to pepsin was probably a single static quenching process.更多还原
