【Abstract】 With the discovery of anti-tumor mechanism of camptothecine and the coming out of many active water-soluble derivatives of camptothecine,there is a increasingly need for camptothecine.Traditional extracting method by alcohol is complex,low income and high cost,so it is difficult to meet the requirement of the marketing.According to the reversibility of the ring of cmptothecine under a certain condition,this passage designs a extracting technique for camptothecine by water solvent.It is proved that this method is economic benefits and the effect is good,it is fit for the industrial production.更多还原
