【摘要】 目的:探讨颈椎侧块螺钉固定术在下颈椎骨折脱位的临床应用。方法:2002年5月￣2005年7月,应用颈椎侧块螺钉治疗下颈椎骨折脱位24例,其中7例联合前路手术。结果:24例均获成功。随访8￣24个月,平均13个月,16例脊髓损伤患者按美国脊柱脊髓损伤学会(ASIA)分级平均提高1级。术中无血管、神经系统损伤,2例复位不完全,2例(共2枚)螺钉松动。结论:颈椎侧块螺钉固定术具有适应范围广、操作简单、安全、固定较牢固等优点,是颈后路固定的一种有效、可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical treatment of inferior cervical fracture and subluxation by internal fixation with screw of lateral mass.Methods: From May of 2002 to July of 2005,24 cases were performed by internal fixation with screw of lateral mass to cure the inferior cervical fracture and subluxation,7 of them combined with anterior operation.Results: The average following time was 13 months while the period was from 8 to 24 months.In 16 cases accompanied with spinal cord injure,1 grade was improved according to the classification of the American Society of Injure in Spine and Spinal cord.There was no trauma in vessels and nervous system during operation.Two cases had incomplete reduction,while the other two cases had unstable screws(2 screws).Conclusion: This internal fixation approach owns the advantage of a wildly application,easy manipulation,safety,steadfast fixation,which can be an effective and reliable method of internal fixation in the posterior cervical approach.更多还原
