【摘要】 目的:研究胃癌组织中上皮钙粘蛋白(E-CD)基因启动子区5’CpG岛甲基化状况,揭示胃癌发生、发展过程中的分子水平变化和可能作用机制。方法:应用甲基化特异性PCR检测41例胃癌手术标本及同一病例正常胃黏膜组织中E-CD基因启动子区5’CpG岛甲基化水平。结果:E-CD基因启动子区甲基化阳性率在胃癌中显著高于正常胃黏膜,与胃癌的分型、细胞分化程度、胃壁浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关。结论:E-CD基因启动子区甲基化水平可作为较早期预测胃癌浸润、转移程度,评价预后的有效指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discover the molecular changes and mechanism of gastric cancer in initiasion and progression,and study methylation status of E-CD promoter region.Methods: Forty-one gastric cancer samples and matched normal gastric mucosa were detected by MSP.Results: The positive rate of CpG islands methylation status of E-CD gene promoter region in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa,which is correlated with the gastric cancer type,differentiation level,invasion depth,lymphonode metastasis status and TNM stage.Conclusion: The methylation status of E-CD gene promoter region can be a good parameter for predicting invasion,metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
