1,2-二苯基-1,2-乙二胺的合成与拆分

【摘要】 以苯甲醛为原料经三步反应合成的化合物(±)-1,2-二苯基-1,2-乙二胺经酒石酸拆分得到了(+)-1,2-二苯基-1,2-乙二胺,产率达80%,所得化合物经MS,IR,1HNMR表征,结构正确,产品纯度经气相色谱分析为99.0%以上.

【Abstract】 The compound(±)-1,2-diphenylethanedianmine with the yelid of 80% was synthesized with benzaldehyde,and resolved with tartaricacid. The purity of the product was over 99.0% by GC.The compound was characterized by using MS,IR,~1HNMR.
