中温太阳光谱选择性吸收CuO涂层的研制
Preparation of Solar Selective Absorbing CuO Coatings for Medium Temperature Application
【摘要】 为了获得性能良好的高纯度中温太阳光谱选择性CuO涂层,利用NaC lO作为氧化剂,在预处理过的黄铜片上研究CuO涂层的制备.考察了碱的用量、NaC lO摩尔浓度、反应温度和反应时间等对CuO涂层太阳吸收率α的影响,得到了制备CuO涂层的优化条件,并对CuO涂层表面进行了XPS及SEM表征;在CuO涂层上涂敷TiO2作为保护层,以延长CuO涂层的寿命.实验结果证明,在不明显影响吸收率的情况下,TiO2/CuO涂层的耐热性能、耐腐蚀性和耐磨性能比单纯CuO涂层有明显提高,从而达到既降低发射率,又延长涂层寿命的目的.
【Abstract】 The method of preparing CuO solar selective absorbing coatings for medium temperature application was presented.After pretreatment,brass was overlaid with CuO by chemical plating. The effects of reactant concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on the absorptivity of CuO coatings were investigated,and the optimized condition of preparing CuO coatings was obtained.The CuO coatings were analyzed with XPS and SEM.In order to prolong the period of use,the CuO coatings were protected by TiO2 coatings.The experiment shows that the TiO2/CuO coatings are more heat-resistant,erosion-resistant and wearable than CuO coatings,without losing absorptivity.The TiO2 coatings can reduce the emissivity and protect the CuO coatings.
