溴代靛红异构体含量的同时测定

【摘要】 采用紫外二阶导数分光光度法测定常山酮合成工艺中同分异构体6-溴靛红和4-溴靛红的含量。4-溴靛红测定的线性范围2~80 mg/L,相对标准偏差0.178%,回收率99.9%~100.1%;6-溴靛红测定的线性范围2~60 mg/L,相对标准偏差0.091%,回收率98.7%~100.1%。该法简便、快捷、准确、灵敏。

【Abstract】 A method for simultaneous determination of 4-bromoisatin and 6-bromoisatin by second derivative UV spectrophotometry was developed.4-bromoisatin was the isomer produced during the synthesis of 6bromoisatin,an intermediate for the preparation of halofuginone(7-bromo-6-chloro-3-[3-(3-hydroxy-2-piperidy)acetyl]-4(3H)-quinazolinone).The linear range,the relative standard deviation and the recovery range for 4-bromoisatine were 2-80 mg·L-1,0.178% and 99.9%-100.1%,respectively;and those for 6-bromoisatine were 2-60 mg·L-1,0.091% and 98.7%-100.1%,respectively.The method is simple and rapid.
