流动注射不可逆双安培法测定对乙酰氨基酚
Flow Injection Irreversible Biamperometric Determination of Acetaminophen
【摘要】 基于对乙酰氨基酚在铂电极上的催化氧化和不可逆电对的双安培检测原理,通过偶合对乙酰氨基酚在铂电极上的氧化和高锰酸钾在铂电极上的还原,建立了一个在外加电压为0 V的条件下的流动注射双安培法直接测定对乙酰氨基酚的体系,常用的药物赋形剂、无机离子等共存物不干扰检测。以0.05 mol/L的硫酸为载液,该系统检测的线性范围为4.00~100μmol/L,检出限为1.0μmol/L,RSD为1.94%(c=40.0μmol/L,n=40)。该方法具有很高的选择性和灵敏度,样品处理方法简单快速,适于在线分析。
【Abstract】 Based on the electrocatalytic oxidation of acetaminophen at one platinum electrode and the reduction of KMnO4 at another platinum electrode,a novel method was developed for the direct determination of acetaminophen by flow-injection irreversible biamperometric method without applying external potential.The linear range of the calibration curve was 4.00-100 μmol/L with a detection limit of 1.00 μmol/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.94% for 40 replicate determinations of 40.0 μmol/L acetaminophen.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of acetaminophen in the tablet sample with satisfactory results.
