低温吸附、热解吸气相色谱法测定痕量气体硫化氢
Determination of Trace Hydrogen Sulfide by Cryogenic Adsorption-Thermal Desorption Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 采用GC-7890Ⅱ气相色谱仪和自行研制的控温炉,以Chromosorb G为吸附剂,液氮为冷冻剂,低温吸附大气中痕量硫化氢,在130℃下热解吸4 m in后,直接进入色谱分析。结果表明该方法精密度和回收率均较好,当样品体积为1 L时,检出限为0.192 ng/L。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of trace hydrogen sulfide(H2S) in the air by gas chromatography was developed.Chromosorb G was used as the adsorbent to adsorb the H2S and the self-developed thermo-regulator oven was used to desorb it at 130 ℃ for 4 min.The gas was then introduced directly into gas chromatograph and detected by FPD.The detection limit for one liter sample was 0.192 ng/L.The precision and recovery tests were satisfactory.
