【Abstract】 This article analyses various Operations of the Government from different levels (both state and local government) and its dual roles ( either as social asminister or Acting Owner of stated- owned enterprises ) in PRC’s system transition, then finally comes to the conclusion that governmental direct or indirect intervention into the business operation of financial institutions particularly the state- owned banks leads to formation, accumulation and regional divergence of PRC bank risk.更多还原
