【Abstract】 With the development of globalization, it has been a new trend to reorganize state-owned enterprises using foreign investment in China.The article covers the current practice, statutes and regulations, the field of foreign investment, the treatment, the evaluation of state-owned assets and the stock transfer in this regard.Based with the analysis on the five legal issues concerning restructuring state-owned enterprises, the author brings forward some legislative suggestions.更多还原
