TCD评估动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛
Transcranial Doppler Evaluating Cerebral Vasospasm in Patients with Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛发生的相关因素和对预后的影响。方法TCD检测28例病人的脑血流动力学变化的情况,并与SAH程度(Fisher分级)、发生时间和预后进行比较分析。结果脑血管痉挛明显受SAH程度、发生时间影响(P<0.05),并可明显影响病人预后(P<0.05)。结论TCD脑血流检测在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的脑血管痉挛程度评估和预后判定方面具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore correlation factor and influencing prognosis on cerebral vasospasm in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Transcranial Doppler (TCD) detecting cerebral hemodynamic state in 28 patients with aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage, and compare with Fisher grades, occurrence time and prognosis. Results Cerebral vasospasm were conspicuously influenced by subarachnoid hemorrhage and occurrence time (P < 0.05), and influenced prognosis of patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion There were impotant significance to TCD detecting cerebral blood flow for evaluating degree of cerebral vasospasm and assessing prognosis in patients with aneury smal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
