【摘要】 以事实为依据,运用辩证的、系统的思维方式对水资源系统的整体性、复杂性、动态性、脆弱性与敏感性特征进行了较为全面的剖析和总结,得出人类活动与水资源系统的演化特征存在着必然的联系。提出正确认识人类活动对水资源系统的影响作用,保障水资源的可持续利用,需要重视对水资源系统不确定性的研究,自觉地运用系统思维,需要马克思主义哲学和现代科技理论来指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on real facts,the dialectical and systemic thinking was used to analyze and summarize the characteristics of water resources system,including integral and dynamic character,complexity,vulnerability and sensitivity,which shows that there exists positive connection between human activity and the evolving characteristics of water resources system.It is presented that we should attach importance to the uncertainty research of water resources system,make full use of systematic thinking,Marxist philosophy,and modern science and technology theories in order to understand the influence of human activity on water resources system and guarantee the sustainable utilization of water resources.更多还原
