【摘要】 目的建立利肺片中五味子甲素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×200 mm);甲醇-水(77∶23)为流动相;流速1.0 m l/m in,检测波长为313 nm。结果五味子甲素在0.068~2.72μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。平均回收率为99.76%,RSD为0.79%。结论该方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于利肺片中五味子甲素的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Deoxyschisandrin in Lifei Tablest.Methods The CenturySIL C18 BDS（200 mm×4.6 mm） was used with methanol-water（77∶23） as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1.The detecting wavelength was 313 nm.Results The average recovery was 99.76%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.更多还原
