【摘要】 目的制备姜桂pH依赖型梯度释药胶囊并进行释放度考察。方法分别以HPMC,EudragitL100-55和Eudragit L100为包衣材料制备pH依赖型梯度释药微丸后制成胶囊,并进行体外释放度研究。结果所制备的3批胶囊的pH分别在1.0,5.5和6.8梯度释药,指标成分桂皮醛和二苯基庚烷A释放度的f 2值分别为72.1,69.3和73.9。结论缓释胶囊中桂皮醛和二苯基庚烷A能同步释放,具有pH依赖型释药的特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo prepare Jiang-Gui pH dependent gradient-release capsules and investigate the drug release.MethodsThe pH dependent gradient-release capsules were prepared by three pellets which coated with HPMC,Eudragit L100-55 and Eudragit L100.The release profile of the pH dependent gradient-release system was determined in vitro.ResultsThe result showed that the release of cinnamldehyde and diarylheptanoid A from capsules complied with the simulated gastrointestinal pH conditions.The f 2 value of release profile of cinnamldehyde and diarylheptanoid A were similar.ConclusionThe cinnamldehyde and diarylheptanoid A from pH dependent gradient-release capsules can release simultaneously,and the capsules haue the characteristics of pH dependent gradient-release in gastrointestinal tract.更多还原
