妇康颗粒质量标准研究

【摘要】 目的建立了妇康颗粒的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的生地黄、墨旱莲、益母草和地骨皮进行了定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量。结果在TLC色谱中均能检出生地黄、墨旱莲、益母草和地骨皮;芍药苷含量测定方法的线性范围为0~0.562 5μg(r=0.999 7,n=7),芍药苷的平均回收率为100.07%(RSD=1.25%,n=6),含量限度芍药苷不少于7 mg.-g1。结论所建立的方法能准确地进行定性、定量检测,可作为妇康颗粒的质量控制标准。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo establish the quality standard for FuKang Granules.MethodsRadix Rehmanniae,Eclipta prostrate,Herba Leonuri and Cortex Lycii in this prescription were identified by TLC,Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.ResultsRadix Rehmanniae,Eclipta Alba,Herba Leonuri could be identified by TLC.Determination method of paeoniflorin was linear at the range of 0.005 76~0.057 6 μg(r=0.999 7,n=7),average recovery was 100.07%(RSD=1.25%,n=6).The content limit of Paeoniflorin shouldn’t be lower than 7mg/g.ConclusionThe method is accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of FuKang Granules.
