桑叶超微粉的粒径检测及显微特征观察

【摘要】 目的对桑叶超微粉进行粒径检测和显微特征观察,并与细粉进行比较。方法用显微法测量粒径和观察特征。结果桑叶经超微粉碎后,显微镜下基本无完整细胞存在,粒径在47μm以下的粒子达80%以上。结论超微粉碎可使桑叶细胞破壁。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo object the diameter and microscopic characteristics of the ultra-fine powder of mulberry leaves,then compare with those of mulberry leaves ordinary pulverization.MethodsThe diameter and microscopic characteristics of powder were identified by micro identification.Results80% of the particles of the ultra-fine powder were smaller than 47μm,and a typical microscopic characteristics of the powder was not observed.ConclusionThe walls of the cells were broken.
