【Abstract】 The microcosmic mechanism of ferroelectricity was simulated using the Ising model.Through this,how ferroelectricity’s spontaneous polarization and hysteresis loop’s shape is affected by temperature,how domain form revolves during polarization transition can be got from the simulation result, which accord the theory’s expects very well.These results are all difficult to get from experiments.So through this way,the shortage of laboratory condition can be compensated.更多还原
