【摘要】 目的探讨骨间前、后神经病毒性神经炎的诊断和治疗。方法1999～2004年收治的7例骨间后神经和2例骨间前神经病毒性神经炎患者,9例均经手术治疗,对该病的发病、诊断、治疗与转归进行总结和分析。结果术前误诊3例,术中发现病变神经呈典型的腊肠样或串珠样改变,病变长度1～10cm。本组单纯松解1例,切除病段神经直接缝合1例,7例病变段神经切除后行腓肠神经移植。随访1～4年,肌力恢复Ⅳ～Ⅴ级。结论骨间前、后神经病毒性神经炎发病率低,术前容易误诊,手术疗效佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment for virogenetic neuritis of anterior and posterior interosseous nerve.Methods Summing up the pathogeny, diagnosis, treatment and outcome of virogenetic neuritis from 1999 to 2004, 7 cases of posterior interosseus nerve, 2 cases of anterior interosseus nerve, all of them were operated and further study was performed on. Results The virogenetic neuritis of the anterior and posterior interosseus nerve is uncommon, it was often misdiagnosed before operation.
