【摘要】 目的探讨急性酒精中毒对心脏因急性缺氧引起的损害。方法总结103例急性酒精中毒病例中有心脏损害者75例的心电图表现和心肌酶改变。结果治疗后心电图正常44例,好转22例,死亡4例。总有效率达94.29%。急性酒精对心脏损害程度与中毒的时间和程度呈正比。重度急性酒精中毒引起的心脏损害比神经系统损害更易致死。结论急性酒精中毒对心脏的损害大多数是可逆的。早期做血液透析治疗,静脉点滴营养心肌药物、抗心律失常药物,心脏损害可很快恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the damage on heart of acute anoxiaby acute alcohol poisoning.Methods To sum 103 cases with acute alcohol poisoning in my hospital,75 cases had heart damage with high myocardial enzyme(72.82%).70 of the 75 cases had abnormal ECG.Results The heart damage degree showed direct proportion to the poisoning time and degree acute alcohol poisoning.The heart damage was much fatal than the nervous system damage for acute alcohol poisoning patients.4 death cases had acute left heart failure,3 of them had acute pulmonary edema,another one was accompanied by acute respiratory insufficiency and multiple system organ failure.Early treated by hemodialysis,intravenous perfusion,antiarrhythmia and myocardial protective therapy,the heart damage recovered soon.After treatment 44 patients ECG returned normal,22 cases become better,4 cases died.The total effective rate was 94.29%.Conclution It is usually reversible that the heart damage was caused by acute alcohol poisoning,if it was curried in time.更多还原
