【摘要】 目的探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂受体(urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor,uPAR)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与鼻咽癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法应用RT-PCR和免疫组织化学方法,检测55例鼻咽癌术后组织标本中uPAR表达,分析uPAR表达与鼻咽癌临床病理特征的关系。结果鼻咽癌组织中都存在uPAR基因的表达,并定位于细胞质和/或细胞膜中,uPAR基因mRNA和蛋白质的检测均显示有淋巴结转移的癌组织uPAR表达高于无淋巴结转移组,TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳa期的癌组织高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鼻咽癌组织中uPAR基因及蛋白质表达与鼻咽癌的侵袭和转移密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and role of urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR ) in the invasion and metastasis of NPC.Methods Expression of uPAR gene in 55 surgically resected NPC tissuses were detected by RT-PCR assay and immunohistochemical staining.Then the relationship between uPAR expression and NPC clinical pathological features was explored.Results There were uPAR gene and protein expression in NPC tissues.uPAR protein was located in tumor cell cytoplasm and / or cell membrance. uPAR expression was higher in cancerous tissues with lymphatic metastasis than that without lymphatic metastasis (P<0.01). uPAR expression was higher in TNM Ⅲ～Ⅳstage of cancerous tissues than that in Ⅰ～Ⅱstages (P<0.01).Conclusion Expression of uPAR is correlated to invasion and metastasis of NPC.更多还原
