【摘要】 目的:观察参麦注射液与化疗联用对中晚期癌症患者的治疗效果。方法:将56例中晚期癌症患者随机分为参麦联合化疗组及单纯化疗组。结果:参麦联合化疗组与单纯化疗组近期疗效差异无显著性(P≥0.05)。参麦联合化疗组生活质量明显高于单纯化疗组;毒性反应两组存在明显区别,单纯化疗组明显高于参麦联合化疗组。结论:参麦注射液与化疗联用对中晚期癌症患者有减低毒性反应的作用,并且提高了生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of chemotherapy combined with Shenmai injection in patients with advanced carcinoma. Methods: A total of 56 cases with advanced carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. Group 1 were treated by chemotherapy combined with Shenmai injection(the combined treatment group) while group 2 was given chemotherapy alone(the control group). Results: The recent therapeutic effect was similar between the two groups (P≥0.05). There was significant deference in improving the quality of life between two groups and more adverse effects were found in the control group.Conclusion: Chemotherapy combined with Shenmai injection may decrease the adverse effects and improve the quality of life in the patients with advanced carcinoma.更多还原
