【摘要】 目的:观察早期原核消失和卵裂是否是胚胎质量、临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率的预测指标。方法:在受精后25~29h对99个体外受精(IVF)周期中的胚胎进行早期卵裂观察,根据移植胚胎中有无原核消失和卵裂进行分组,A组为移植胚胎中至少有一个是早期原核消失或卵裂的胚胎,B组为移植胚胎在这一观察时间内没有出现早期原核消失或卵裂。比较两组的移植胚胎质量以及临床妊娠率和种植率。结果:A组的临床妊娠率、种植率为52.8%和28.8%;B组的临床妊娠率、种植率为26.1%和12.9%,两组间临床妊娠率和种植率均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:早期原核消失和卵裂是评价胚胎质量的重要预测指标,可以作为胚胎选择的附加标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe whether early pronuclear breakdown and early cleavage can be a predictor of embryo quality, pregnancy rate and implantation rate. Methods:The embryos in 99 IVF cycles were observed, according to the appearance of the early pronuclear breakdown and early cleavage at 25-29 h post-insemination. Group A included cycles in which all embryos transferred had one early pronuclear breakdown or early cleavage at least; Group B included cycles in which all embryos transferred was still 2PN at 25-29 h post-insemination . Comparisons were made of the embryos quality and pregnancy rate and implantation rate between group A and group B. Results: The pregnancy rate and the implantation rate of group A were 52.8% and 28.8% ;The pregnancy rate and the implantation rate of group B were 26.1% and 12.9%.Pregnancy and implantation rates of group A were significantly higher than of group B(P<0.05). Conclusions: Early pronuclear breakdown or early cleavage is a strong indicator of embryo quality , and may be used as an additional criterion in the selection of embryos for transfer.更多还原
