【摘要】 目的探讨治疗真性颞下颌关节强直的有效方法。方法对16例真性颞下颌关节强直患者应用下颌升支后份倒置进行关节重建术。术后随访,计算手术前后张口度的差值,检查咬合关系、下颌前伸和侧向运动功能。结果16例随访1-8年,术前后张口度的差值均在2.0 cm以上,效果优良,咬合关系良好,下颌具有前伸和侧向运动功能,无复发。结论下颌升支后份倒置颞下颌关节重建术是治疗颞下颌关节真性强直的一种较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective treatment methods for the condyle ankylosis.Methods Autogenous mandible ramus upside down was applied in the reconstruction of temporomandibular joint in 16 patients with condyle ankylosis.The follow up period was 1-8 years.The pre-and post-operative degrees of mouth opening and temporomandibular joint founction were examined.Results Postoperative mouth opening was improved up to 2.0 cm in the 16 patients.All the results were successful without recurrence of condyle ankylosis.Conclusion The use of autogenous mandible ramus in temporomandibular joint reconstruction is the best method in the treatment of temporomandibular joint ankylosis.更多还原
