渗水膜覆盖对旱地花生生理特性的影响
Effects of Water-permeability Plastic Film Mulching on Physiological Characteristics of Peanut in Dry land
【摘要】 渗水膜覆盖提高了花生叶片光合效能并增强了花生抵抗逆境的能力。与普通地膜覆盖及对照相比,采用渗水膜覆盖花生叶片叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性、细胞间隙CO2浓度、净光合速率、气孔导度以及蒸腾速率等生理指标均有不同程度的提高,而叶片脯氨酸含量和细胞膜相对透性则低于普通膜覆盖及对照。
【Abstract】 The water-permeability plastic film mulching could increase peanut leaf’s photosynthesis efficacy and strengthene peanut’s resisting ability to the adversity.Its chlorophyll content,nitrate reductase activity,intercellular CO2 concentration,net photosynthesis rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of peanut leaves are improved to different degrees,while its praline content and cell membrane relative permeability are lower than the other two treatments.
