【摘要】 教育收费连着千家万户,与居民生活息息相关,成为目前社会普遍关注的热点问题,近年来社会、媒体、检查部门屡屡反映教育收费问题,社会各界人士也对教育改革产生了质疑。对高校收费问题进行了探讨,分析了高校收费问题产生的原因,既有高校本身的问题,也由政府有关部门制定政策方面的问题。提出了解决高校收费问题的措施,一是高校要进一步规范收费行为,二是要规范政府有关部门在制定收费政策上的行为,三是加大收费的监督检查力度,保障高校改革取得新的进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Charges in education are associated with millions of families and have become a hot topic,which is continually discussed by people from society,media and procuratorial organs.Even the reforming results in education are also questioned by people from all walks.In this paper,the causes of this problem are analyzed,which results in that both relative departments and higher educational organizations are responsible for them.In order to solve these problems,the following measures should be taken.First,further normalize the charging behavior in colleges and universities.Second,standardize charging policies in relative departments.Third,enhance supervision and inspection so as to ensure the reforming progress in colleges and universities.更多还原
