渣油悬浮床加氢裂化分散型催化剂的XANES研究

【摘要】 为获得原位合成的渣油加氢裂化分散型催化剂的结构信息,对分散型Fe、Mo催化剂进行了K边的XANES测试。结果表明,催化剂中的Fe易被硫化生成硫化铁,其结构与FeS类似,但八面体的配位结构稍有畸变,且该硫化物中Fe的氧化价态稍高于FeS中Fe的氧化价态;Mo在催化剂中并没有生成所希望的MoS2,其存在形态可能为四面体配位结构或部分四面体结构的氧化物。

【Abstract】 X ray absorption near edge structure(XANES) method was adopted to study the structure of Fe-Mo dispersed catalysts in Karamay heavy oil slurry-bed hydrocracking.The results showed that the Fe in the dispersed catalyst could be easily sulfurized,and the structure of sulfurized Fe was similar to the octahedral structure of FeS,but with some distortion.The oxidation state of Fe in the sulfurized Fe was somewhat higher than that in FeS.Whereas,Mo in the Fe-Mo catalyst was difficult to be sulfurized into MoS2,which was the active phase for heavy oil hydrocracking.Parts of the Mo may exist in oxide state,with the Mo—O coordination structure of a distorted octahedral structure and/or tetrahedral structure.
