【摘要】 [目的]了解孕妇接受艾滋病(AIDS)自愿咨询检测(VCT)情况及对AIDS防治知晓率,开展有效健康教育服务。[方法]对我院产科门诊行首次产科检查建卡的2000位孕妇,由孕妇决定是否接受HIV检测,并有针对性开展健康教育、行为干预及关怀干预服务,对干预前后AIDS防治知识及恐惧、焦虑心理进行调查。[结果]2000位产检孕妇中有1568人自愿接受HIV检测,达78.4%,从中检出HIV阳性10人,占0.64%,开展VCT前孕妇对AIDS防治知晓率较低,且恐惧发生率68.9%,焦虑57.5%,干预后孕妇对AIDS防治知识知晓率显著提高,恐惧、焦虑分别下降到34.3%、29.5%。[结论]在产科门诊开展艾滋病VCT及护理干预是防止AIDS母婴传播的一项有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know the status quo of pregnant women’s acceptance to voluntary counseling and test (VCT) for AIDS, their awareness of prevention and treatment of AIDS,and to unfold effective health education service for them.Method:A total of 2 000 pregnant women, registered for obstetric examination for the first time in obstetric out-patient clinic of our hospital, were asked for their permission about HIV test,and those who accepted were given corresponding health education, behavior intervention and caring intervention service. All cases were investigated both before and after intervention. Result: Totally 1 568 out of 2 000 pregnant women (78.4%) accepted obstetric examination were willing to accept HIV test,among them,10 patients showed HIV test positive, which accounted for 0.64%.The awareness rate of pregnant women about the prevention and treatment of AIDS was lower before unfolding VCT.And among negative psychological states of them,dread and anxiety occurrence were 68.9% and 57.5% respectively.However,after intervention all pregnant women’s knowledge about AIDS prevention and treatment had increased, and the negative psychological states like dread and anxiety occurrence were lowered to 34.3% and 29.5% respectively.Conclusion: To unfold VCT for AIDS and nursing intervention in obstetric out-patient clinic is an effective way of preventing AIDS transmission between mother and their baby.更多还原
