【摘要】 综述绿原酸的提取、生物活性及应用。常用的提取方法主要有:石硫醇法、水提-醇析法、醇提-铅盐沉淀法、超临界流体萃取法、超声波法、聚酰胺柱层析法、超滤膜分离法、大孔树脂吸附法等,对各种提取方法的优缺点进行了简要评述。介绍了绿原酸的抗氧化作用、抗肿痛作用及抗心血管病变作用等生物活性。绿原酸应用非常广泛,主要应用于医药保健、日用化工和食品等行业。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper review the extraction,biological activity and application of chlorogenic acid.Common methods of extraction including:lime-H₂SO₄-EtOH,aqueous extraction-alcohol precipitation,alcoholic extraction-precipitation of lead salt,supercritical fluid extraction,ultrasonic,polyamide column chromatography,ultrafiltration membrane separation,macroporous resin adsorptive process and so on.Antioxy genation,antineoplastion as well as anticardiovessel disease and biological activities were introduced.It was mainly used in medicine industry,domestic chemical and food industry,etc.更多还原
