低合金宽薄板轧制过程温度场的有限元模拟

【摘要】 文章根据济钢中厚板厂的实际生产工艺,利用MSC.Marc大型有限元软件,建立了低合金宽薄板有限元轧制模型,模拟了宽薄板的轧制过程的温度场的变化规律,模拟结果和实测结果非常接近,各道次表面温度与实测值最大温差在15℃,分析了不同变形参数对温度场的影响规律。

【Abstract】 The FEM during the rolling process of low-alloyed wide and thin plate was obtained based on practical technologies of the medium and Heavy Plate Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group by Using MSC.Marc.The temperature field of the rolling process was analyzed.The simulated results of the surface temperature in the rolling process are much close to the measured.The deviation between the simulated and measured is within 15℃.The influential mechanism to the temperature field caused by different deformation parameters was investigated.
