表面高温防护涂层对镍基定向凝固合金低周疲劳行为的影响
Effect of Surface Coating on Low Cycle Fatigue Behavior of Nickel- based Directionally Solidified Superalloy
【摘要】 发展高温防护涂层是近年来涡轮叶片制造技术的热点问题之一,针对当前航空发动机涡轮叶片的主要用材——镍基定向凝固合金,本文系统研究了室温和700℃高温条件下,表面高温防护涂层的存在对镍基定向凝固合金基体低周疲劳性能的影响。试验表明这种涂层/基体系统的薄弱环节在于表面涂层颗粒的不均匀性,特别当最终的断裂破坏是由涂层的表面裂纹引发时,负面影响尤其严重。
【Abstract】 Recently high temperature protection coating is a focus technology on manufacture aeronautic turbine blade with excellent perfor- mance,whose basis is nickel-based directionally solidified superalloy.The effect of the existence of surface coating on the low cycle fatigue behavior of nickel-based directionally solidified superalloy was investigated respectively at room temperature and 700℃.The results reveal that the weakness of system is the non-uniformity of coating grains,and the negative influence is rather large especially when the final rupture is induced by the coating crack.
