Cat-Collagen薄膜电极的直接电化学
Direct Electrochemistry of Catalase Incorporated in Collagen Films
【摘要】 研究了过氧化氢酶(C ata lase,简称C at)在胶原蛋白(Co llagen)薄膜电极中的电化学行为.在pH 7.0的缓冲溶液中,C at-Co llagen薄膜电极在-0.47 V(vs.SCE)附近有一对可逆的氧化还原峰,为C at血红素辅基F e(Ⅲ)/F e(Ⅱ)电对的特征峰.体系的pH对循环伏安峰的位置有明显的影响,且C at-Co llagen薄膜电极中C at血红素辅基发生在一个电子转移的同时还可能伴随着一个质子转移.
【Abstract】 The electrochemical properties of catalase in collagen film electrodes were investigated.Collagen provided a suitable microenvironment for catalase to transfer electron directly with the underlying electrodes because of their biocompatibility.Cyclic voltammetry of Cat-Collagen films showed a pair of well-defined and nearly reversible peaks at about-0.46 V(vs.SCE),characteristic of heme FeⅢ/FeⅡ redox couples of the proteins in pH 7.0 buffer.CVs of Cat-Collagen films showed great dependence on pH of external buffers,and suggested that the electron transfer between cat in collagen films and PG electrodes was accompanied by proton transportation.
