雷达吸波材料吸波性能的正交实验
Application of Orthogonal Design in the Performances of Microwave Absorbing Material
【摘要】 将正交实验法用于雷达吸波材料吸波性能实验中,通过对实验数据进行方差分析得出:各因素对磁导率μ″的影响程度从大到小依次为:D(频率)、B(平均粒度)、A(Co T i含量)、C(温度),且当Co T i含量为0.79、B平均粒度为7μm、C温度为200℃、D频率为15 GH z时磁导率最大,最佳工艺方案参数.并推理磁畴自然共振是引起铁氧体磁粉在雷达波段(f>108 H z)的吸收主要原因.
【Abstract】 The influences of radar absorbing material on the absorbing character was studied by orthogonal design and analysis of variance.The results showed that the influence of all factors on the permeability μ″ from high to lower was D(frequency),B(average grain size),A(the Co Ti content) and C(temperature).Meanwhile,the best craft project was obtained with A=0.79,B=7 μm,C=200 ℃ and D=15 GHz.
