【Abstract】 E.coli has windly been used in expressing a great variety of heterologous genes,but many factors contribute to regulating the expressional regulation,and different foreign genes may exhibit very different expression efficiencies.In this paper the expressional regulation suchas transcription regulation,translation regulation,cultivation regulation of heterologous gene in E.coli were summarized.It will be helpful to take effective measures to improve expression efficiencies of foreign genes in E.coli.更多还原
