生物素生物合成的研究

【摘要】 综述了大肠杆菌、球形芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌中生物素生物合成操纵元基因的结构、转录和表达、基因的特点和作用,以及实验室条件下生物素操纵元的表达情况,并对宿主菌的生长抑制现象作了概述。

【Abstract】 Genes’ structure,transcription,expression,character and effect of biotin operon of Escherichia coli,Bacillus sphaericus and Bacillus subtilis biotin operon were studied in this paper,and also expression of biotin operon in lad,there were summarized on growth inhibition.
