【摘要】 止逆环是注射成型机塑化段的关键部件之一,其设计的好坏直接影响机器的性能和制品的质量。利用Fluent有限体积软件对注射成型止逆环中的非牛顿流体等温流动进行了三维模拟分析,得出止逆环流道的速度场和压力场,并对速度场和压力场进行了讨论。利用以上流场计算结果,对止逆环元件的注射特性和混合特性进行了分析。更多还原
