复合共挤出熔体中界面位置三维模拟
3-D Simulation on the Melt Interface in Co-extrusion Die
【摘要】 分析了复合共挤出聚合物界面位置分布特性,给出了跟踪复合共挤出熔体界面位置的解析表达式;采用Carreau流变模型,运用数值计算方法,自行编制计算程序求解了矩形截面喂料块中聚合物三维流场,进而模拟了喂料块中聚合物界面位置分布及其形状。讨论了影响聚合物界面位置分布和形状的因素。通过试验,验证了这里所提供的模拟聚合物共挤出界面位置计算方法与试验结果的可行性,同时分析了误差产生的原因。
【Abstract】 The analytic expression tracing the interface position of melt was presented according to the characteristic of interface in co-extrusion polymer melt.The 3-D flow field in feed-block with rectangular cross section was solved using the programme developed by ourselves with the Carreau rheological model,and then the shape and position of interface in co-extrusion feed-block were simulated.The factors affecting the position and shape of interface were analyzed.Based on the experiment,the reason of error was given.
