【摘要】 采用文献资料、问卷调查、实地调研等研究方法,对影响我国优秀运动队文化形成的因素,即民族文化、社会环境、项目特征、运动队的领导者、队员的素质进行分析。提出一系列的发展措施,如开展多种形式的主题教育,弘扬民族精神;与时俱进,推进组织文化的建设和更新;结合项目特点,创建具有个性的组织文化;注重运动队领导队伍的自身建设,发挥核心作用;加强文化学习,提高队员文化素养等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research methods of literature,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation etc.were used to analyze the factors influencing the formation of excellent sports team’s culture in our country,i.e.national culture, social environment,event characteristics,leaders of sports teams and the quality of team members.It brought up a series of measures for development,for example,carrying out diversified theme education,and greatly developing national spirit;advancing with the progress ot the times,and pushing forward the construction and renewal of organization culture;creating and setting up the organization culture with personality in combination with event characteristics;paying high attention to self-construction of sports team’s leaders,and making them play a role of core;strengthening cultural learning,and improving the cultureal accomplishment of team members and so on.更多还原
