气田集输管线腐蚀预测方法研究
Study of Corrosion Prediction Methods for Gas Field Gathering-pipeline
【摘要】 针对气田集输管道腐蚀因素的复杂性和不确定性以及管道腐蚀剩余寿命预测的困难性,比较分析了适用于集输管道腐蚀预测的两种评价方法,即概率统计方法和人工神经网络方法。研究表明,这两种方法能较好地预测集输管线腐蚀变化趋势,为管道剩余寿命预测提供可靠依据。并对腐蚀评价方法的发展趋势进行了分析。
【Abstract】 In view of the complexity and uncertainty of the factors contributing to the gathering-pipeline corrosion, it is difficulty to predict the remaining service life of corroded pipe. Two methods were compared and studied to predict the remaining life of in-site corroded pipe: probabilistic statistics and artificial nerve network. These methods can predict the corrosion variability of pipeline and provide the remaining life credibly. Finally, the author prospects the developing trend on predicting methods.
