【Abstract】 Water right is a key component of economic mechanism for water resources governance.Under the situation of water scarcity,to build a tradable water right institution can improve water allocation efficiency among various water use sectors or regions.During gradually advancing water market building,it is imperative to prepare relative institutions based on the framework of water right administrative allocation.In the light of analyzing present water right institution in Guangdong province,the arrangement of water right institution for water resources rational allocation is researched,and some suggestions for building water market are presented.更多还原
