青春期单纯性肥胖雄性大鼠模型的实验研究
Experimental Study of Diet-induced Obesity Model in Pubertal Male Rats
【摘要】 目的:以高脂饲料配方建立青春期单纯性肥胖雄性大鼠模型。方法:21 d龄雄性清洁级SD大鼠随机分为对照组(n=28只,喂普通饲料)和实验组(n=45只,喂高脂饲料)。观察比较3~6周末(即鼠龄6~9周)大鼠的体质量、Lee s指数、体长和附睾周围脂肪重量。结果:喂养后第3~6周末实验组体质量、Lee s指数和附睾周围脂肪重量均高于对照组(P<0.01);第3周末实验组体质量已明显超过对照组(超重23.0%),随着大鼠周龄的增加,肥胖程度也在逐渐加重,至第6周末时体质量进一步超过对照组(超重26.6%);实验组肥胖鼠29只,非肥胖鼠16只。结论:以高脂饲料喂养的青春期大鼠可致单纯性肥胖。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the establishment of diet-induced obesity model in pubertal male rats with high fat diet.Methods:Twenty-one-day-old male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group(n=28)with common diet and the experimental group(n=45)with high fat diet.Then the body weight,Lee’s index and body length were measured after feeding 3~6 weeks(the rats age were 6~9 weeks old at last).Results:Compared with the control group,the body weight、Lee’s index and the fat of epididymis in experimental group increased obviously(P<0.01).The body weight in experimental group was higher 23% than that in control group at 6 weeks old.With the development of obesity,the body weight of obese rats was over 26.6% more than that of the control group in the end of experiments.In experimental group,there were 29 obese rats and 16 no obese rats.Conclusion:The high fat diet can induce obesity in pubertal rats.
