野生山葡萄皮、籽中白藜芦醇的含量测定

【摘要】 以野生山葡萄的皮、籽为原料,通过有机溶剂的提取,得到白藜芦醇的粗提液并计算含量。通过正交试验,采用乙酸乙酯作为溶剂,提取最佳条件是温度60℃、提取时间40min、浸提2次、料液比为1∶40,测得皮中白藜芦醇含量0.159mg/g,籽中白藜芦醇含量0.036mg/g。

【Abstract】 The extract condition of resveratrol from wild grape was filtered with ethyl acetate being disposed with superrich wave. The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained: ethyl acetate, solid/liquid ratio 1:40, supernic wave treatment lasted for 40min under 60℃, and extract was carried on twice. The content of resveratrol in the skin reached 0.159mg/g, in the seed reached 0.036mg/g.
